These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://retro-pia.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from Retropia (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a legal guardian, to use this Site and place an order.

3. Products & Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Products are sold subject to availability.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We accept payment methods shown during checkout. Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

5. Order Process & Contract Formation

Before placing your order, you will be shown:

  • Product details

  • Total price including taxes

  • Delivery costs

  • Available payment methods

  • Your right of withdrawal (where applicable)

You may review and correct any input errors before submitting your order.

A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. These are estimates only.

Risk passes to you upon delivery. If your order is delayed beyond a reasonable period, you may contact us to request cancellation and refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our general return and refund rules are described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after approval.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@retro-pia.com.

Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

This right does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

9. Statutory Consumer Rights (EU)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you benefit from mandatory statutory guarantees under EU law. These rights apply if goods are defective, not as described, or fail to meet reasonable expectations. These rights exist independently of any commercial return policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Retropia or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

11. Prohibited Use

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, or governmental actions.

14. Governing Law

For customers in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

For consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and will take precedence over any conflicting provision.

15. Contract Language & Storage

These Terms are concluded in English. You may save or print a copy for your records.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply from the date of publication.
