Yes. It is real optical glass, so the softness, flare and falloff happen in camera rather than being added afterwards.

Neither. It is a physical lens that mounts to your camera, so the look is captured in the original file.

Choose the correct mount for your camera when ordering. Attach the lens, enable "Shoot without lens" in your camera menu once, and start shooting. There are no electronic contacts, no settings to adjust.

Slide it into your hot shoe, switch it on and pick one of the four power levels.

It screws onto the front thread of your lens. Check your lens diameter before ordering.

It mounts to the hot shoe and reflects the scene upward, so you compose looking down into the frame.

Only once: enable "Shoot without lens" (or the equivalent) in your camera menu.

It works with any camera that has a standard hot shoe.

You will get a download link with installation notes for Lightroom, Premiere and Resolve.

Yes. The look carries over to video exactly as it does to stills.

Shoot with any physical Retropia product for up to 100 days. If it is not for you, contact support@retro-pia.com and we will help arrange an eligible return under the current refund policy.

It applies to physical products. Digital products are covered separately because they cannot be returned once downloaded.
