Essential setup

Three steps. Then you're shooting.

  • Mount it. Slide the flash into your camera's hot shoe and tighten the dial until it sits secure. Universal fit, plug-and-play.
  • Power up. Hold the power button until the indicator light comes on. Recharge anytime over USB-C, even from a power bank.
  • Set your power. Tap to cycle through four levels (1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 1/1) from a soft fill to a full pop.

Tip 01

Match the power to the moment.

  • For portraits. Half power brightens skin without blowing it out. Soft, flattering, true to life.
  • For parties and nightlife. Go full power for that classic disposable glow.
  • For daylight. Keep it low. Even a touch of fill adds that nostalgic point-and-shoot feel.
  • For candids. Step back a little to soften the shadows and hold onto the atmosphere.

Tip 02

Two modes. One for the snap, one for the scene.

Switch to flash mode when you want the frozen, decisive moment. Recycle times as fast as 0.1 seconds mean you rarely miss the next one.

Switch to continuous light when you're shooting video, food, or want to see the light before you commit. What you see is what you get.

Indoors or out, it stays daylight-balanced, so colours read warm and true either way.
